Common use of Authorising Clause in Contracts

Authorising. (i) the disposal of any land by the TfGM pursuant to Section 10(1)(xxiii) of the Transport ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; (ii) the acquisition of any land by the TfGM pursuant to Section 10(1)(xx) of the Transport ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and (iii) the development of any land of TfGM pursuant to Section 10(1)(xxii) of the Transport ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇;
