Authorised Purpose Clause Samples

Authorised Purpose. The “Authorised Purpose” means the use of the Product(s) for the internal business operations of Customer and its Listed Affiliates. The ‘Authorised Purpose’ shall only extend to the Customer’s own data processing and shall not be used to provide a data processing service or bureau service to any third party whether by way of trade or otherwise.
Authorised Purpose. The “Authorised Purpose” is the receipt of, and use of, Capita OnBoard in accordance with the Agreement and the Documentation and solely for the internal business operations of Customer and its Listed Affiliates in relation to the management of their workforces.

Authorised Purpose. You must only request the name and address information on Individuals held on the Motor Vehicle Register for an Authorised Purpose. This Schedule will be completed prior to any access and forms part of this Agreement. You must confirm the Authorised Purpose at the time of each enquiry. Where the Authorised Purpose requires, you must obtain the consent of relevant Individual before the enquiry.
