Authorised Agent. 22.1 Neither party to this Agreement shall be the authorised agent of the other party or have the right or authority, either express or implied, to create or incur any liability against or on behalf of any other party, other than those obligations and liabilities set out hereunder. In particular, the Medical Practitioner shall not hold himself/herself out, nor permit any person to hold him/her out, as being authorised to bind or pledge the credit of the HSE in any way and shall not do any act that might reasonably create the impression that he/she is so authorised.
