Authorisation of third person to give instructions on behalf of a Client. 12.3.1. The Client has the right to authorize a third person to give instructions and/or Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to this Agreement, provided that the Client has notified the Company in writing that such a right shall be exercised by a third party and that this person is approved by the Company and fulfils all of Company’s conditions to allow this.
