Common use of Authorisation Clause Clause in Contracts

Authorisation Clause. By acceptance of this Policy, the Insured and the Organisation agree that the Organisation shall act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving notice of Claim or termination, cancellation, non-renewal, the payment of premiums and the receiving any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy and each Insured agrees that the Organisation shall act on their behalf.
