Authenticity of Items. We agree to follow your instructions with regard to paying Items in accordance with the preceding paragraphs. You agree that we will not be otherwise responsible for the authenticity or alteration of Items, or for the presence or validity of signatures, dates, or amounts thereon. You understand that Reverse Positive Pay Services are not equivalent to, and do not replace, stop payment orders.
