AUTHENTICATION AND DELIVERY OF TRUST SECURITIES CERTIFICATES. (a) On the Closing Date and on any date on which the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option, as applicable (an "Option Closing Date"), the Administrative Trustees shall cause Trust Securities Certificates, in an aggregate Liquidation Amount as provided in Sections 204 and 205, to be executed on behalf of the Trust by at least one of the Administrative Trustees and delivered to or upon the written order of the Depositor, signed by its Chief Executive Officer, President, any Vice President or its Treasurer without further corporate action by the Depositor, in authorized denominations.
