Common use of Authentication and Delivery of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Authentication and Delivery of the Notes. Notes in the aggregate principal amount of $_________ may, upon execution of this ________ Supplemental Indenture, be executed by the Company and delivered to the Trustee for authentication, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver said Notes to or upon the written order of the Company, signed by its Chairman of the Board, its President, any Vice President, its Treasurer or any Assistant Treasurer, without any further action by the Company.
