Common use of Australian Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Australian Borrowers. (a) the Initial Australian Borrower and (b) each other Australian Subsidiary that, after the date hereof, has executed a supplement or joinder to this Agreement in accordance with Section 10.1.13 and has satisfied the other requirements set forth in Section 10.1.13 in order to become an Australian Borrower.

Australian Borrowers. (a) the Initial Australian Borrower Borrowers and (b) each other Australian Subsidiary that, after the date hereof, has executed a supplement or joinder to this Agreement in accordance with Section 10.1.13 and has satisfied the other requirements set forth in Section 10.1.13 in order to become an Australian Borrower.
