Augrid has complied in all respects with its obligations under the Agreement, the Machinery Lease Agreement and the Licence Agreement [save in the following respects:-]
Augrid has the necessary power and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement and has taken all corporate action necessary to authorise this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a valid and binding obligation of Augrid in accordance with its terms.
