Common use of Auditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Auditor Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof (unless restricted by applicable professional standards), copies of all material reports submitted to the Company by independent certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit of the financial statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their annual audit;
