AuditMark® Sample Clauses

The AuditMark® clause establishes a standardized method for marking and tracking documents or records that are subject to audit. In practice, this clause requires parties to clearly identify relevant materials—such as financial statements, transaction logs, or compliance reports—with a specific AuditMark® designation. This ensures that all parties can easily locate and verify the documents during an audit process, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of oversight or dispute regarding which records are subject to review.
