Audit Procurement. ‌ Procurement of audit services shall be conducted under the standards of procurement applicable to the Subgrantee in accordance with 45 CFR Part 75 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Awards. The bid procedure shall be conducted at least once every five (5) years.
