(i) BPI Building Analyst
(ii) BPI Energy Auditor
(iii) BPI Multifamily Building Analyst
(iv) AEE Certified Energy Auditor (v) ASHRAE- Building Energy Assessment Professional
Audit Contractor s Agreement books, records, and files shall be subject to audit and examination under Government Code section 8546.7 and any amendments thereto for a period of four (4) years following Final Completion and will exclude information that is proprietary and confidential unless required to be disclosed as a condition of funding, by law or by court order.
