Common use of Audit Compliance Clause in Contracts

Audit Compliance. Grantee understands and shall comply with the requirements of s. 20.055(5), ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to reimburse the State for the reasonable costs of investigation the Inspector General or other authorized State official incurs for investigations of Grantee’s compliance with the terms of this or any other agreement between the Grantee and the State which results in the suspension or debarment of Grantee. Grantee shall not be responsible for any costs of investigations that do not result in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s suspension or debarment.
