Common use of Audit Compliance Clause in Contracts

Audit Compliance. (a) Subrecipient must obtain annual audits and comply with all audit requirements set forth in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Subpart F, if Subrecipient expends $750,000.00 or more in federal awards during each of Subrecipient’s fiscal years of funding. If applicable, Subrecipient shall complete and return the Audit Reporting Form no later than September 1 of each year until the Contract is terminated. Subrecipient must comply with all audit requirements set forth in TxGMS. (b) All records related to this Contract, and any Deliverables produced by Subrecipient or its Subcontractors in relation to this Contract, shall be subject to the Administrative and Audit Regulations, including 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
