AUDIT AND EXAMINATION OF MORTGAGE FILES. Upon reasonable notice to the Custodian, the Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Certificate Insurer or any agent of any of them will be permitted, during normal business hours, to examine the Mortgage Files, documents, records and other papers in possession of or under the control of Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans.
