Audio Licensing. Operator agrees and acknowledges that the audio Licensed Content, and the music tracks for video Licensed Content, may require licenses from third party licensors in the country in which the applicable Private Jet is registered. Operator shall separately obtain any and all such requisite licenses from all third parties in the jurisdiction in which the applicable Private Jet is registered during the Access Period, prior to permitting the exhibition of such Licensed Content on such Private Jet.
