Attribution Rules Sample Clauses
The Attribution Rules clause defines how actions, rights, or obligations of one party may be attributed to another, typically within groups of related entities or individuals. In practice, this clause might specify that the conduct of a subsidiary is considered the conduct of the parent company, or that the knowledge of an employee is imputed to the employer. Its core function is to ensure that responsibilities and liabilities are properly assigned, preventing parties from avoiding obligations or consequences by acting through affiliates or representatives.
