Common use of Attributes Clause in Contracts

Attributes. The Contractor hereby perpetually and irrevocably gives the Company permission to use any and all of the Contractor’s voice, image, and likeness, with or without using the Contractor’s name, and references to the Contractor’s biographical information and other personal attributes (including, without limitation, references to the Contractor’s social or traditional media publications, productions, shows, and affiliations) in connection with the products and/or services of the Company, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services of the Company, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law. xxx.xxxxxx.company
