Attornment and Estoppel. (a) Subject to satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 15.2, if Premises or any part thereof is conveyed or assigned, Tenant shall attorn to Landlord’s successor(s) in interest as Landlord under this Agreement.
