Common use of Attorney Fees, Cost and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Attorney Fees, Cost and Expenses. Guarantor shall pay all costs of collection and reasonable out-of-pocket attorney’s fees, including reasonable out-of-pocket attorney’s fees in connection with any suit, mediation or arbitration proceeding, out of court payment agreement, trial, appeal, bankruptcy proceedings or otherwise, in each case incurred or paid by Xxxxxx in enforcing the payment of any Liabilities and Obligations
