Attested Time Spent. Any Settlement Class Member who spent time researching or remedying issues related to the Incident or for any actions that were taken in response to receiving a Notice of Security Incident from Defendants will be eligible to submit a Settlement Claim for time spent in an amount of $30.00 per hour up to four (4) hours (for a total of up to $ 120.00 for Attested Time Spent).
