Attempted Transfers Void. Except as provided in this Article 5, no Transfer or attempted Transfer of the Units of any Unitholder, whether by absolute or by collateral assignment or otherwise, whether by gift or for valuable consideration, and no matter how conditioned, shall in any manner be effective or binding upon the other Unitholders or the Company, unless made in full compliance with the terms hereof.
