ATTACHMENT D, D. 1, is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with a new Attachment D, D-1, which is attached to this supplemental agreement. PART I. The Architect will perform architectural services generally described as in accordance with the project description attached hereto and made a part of this Work Authorization. The responsibilities of the State and the Architect as well as the work schedule are further detailed in exhibits A, B and C which are attached hereto and made a part of the Work Authorization. PART II. The maximum amount payable under this Work Authorization is $ and the method of payment is as set forth in Attachment E of the Contract. This amount is based upon fees set forth in Attachment E, Fee Schedule, of the Contract and the Architect’s estimated Work Authorization costs included in Exhibit D, Fee Schedule, which is attached and made a part of this Work Authorization.
