Attachment Content. This Attachment describes baseline requirements for the transfer of PACIFIC recorded, unrated usage to CLEC. Testing requirements and the reports needed to ensure data integrity are also included. Additional requirements and implementation details may be identified for conditions unique to PACIFIC.
