ATLS Equity Plans and APL Equity Plans. The ATLS Equity Plans and the APL Equity Plans shall be terminated in accordance with Section 3.5(e) of the Merger Agreement and Section 3.5(d) of the APL Merger Agreement (as defined in the Merger Agreement).
