Common use of ATC/Airport Authority Clause in Contracts

ATC/Airport Authority. letters from Lessee addressed to any ATC/Airport Authority designated by Lessor pursuant to which Xxxxxx authorizes such authority to issue to Lessor, upon Xxxxxx’s request from time to time, a statement of account of all sums due by Lessee to such authority in respect of all aircraft (including the Aircraft) operated by Xxxxxx;
