Asylum Clause Samples

Asylum. The Aliens Board shall grant asylum in accordance with the 1951 Geneva Convention on the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol, the 1997 Dublin Convention on Asylum Seekers, the 1950 European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and its additional protocols which are in force for Cyprus, as well as other relevant international instruments in force for Cyprus.
