Common use of Assumption Clause in Contracts

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer Transfer of the Property Properties in its their entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to (A) a transfer Transfer of the Property Properties in its their entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan byand the Mortgage Loan by any Person, or (B) a Transfer of the Collateral and assumption of the entire Loan by any Person (any such Person shall be hereinafter referred to as a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property Properties in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold withhold, delay or condition consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety toto or of one hundred percent (100%) of the ownership interests in the Borrower, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”"TRANSFEREE") provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”"TRANSFEREE") provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”"TRANSFEREE") and release of Borrower of its obligations under the Loan provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from after the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer Transfer of the Property in its entirety or one hundred percent (100%) of the ownership interests in Borrower to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “"Transferee”") provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7VII, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “"Transferee”") provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold withhold, condition or delay consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article ARTICLE 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a any transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

(a) Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer Transfer of the Property in its entirety or one hundred percent (100%) of the ownership interests in Borrower to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person a corporation (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article ARTICLE 7, following the date which is six (6) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:

Assumption. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, following the date which is six twelve (612) months from the Closing Date, Lender shall not unreasonably withhold condition or delay consent to a transfer of the Property in its entirety to, and the related assumption of the Loan by, any Person (a “Transferee”) provided that each of the following terms and conditions are satisfied:
