Common use of Assumption Documents Clause in Contracts

Assumption Documents. Transferee shall deliver counterparts of all agreements, instruments and documents, each in form reasonably satisfactory to Transferor and Transferee, to be executed by Transferee and/or its affiliates in connection with the indirect assumptions of the Existing Mortgage Loan by Transferee (including, without limitation, any guaranties and indemnities), duly executed by Transferee and/or its affiliates, in such number of counterparts as may be required by the Existing Lender, plus two additional counterparts.
