Assume or Reject Sample Clauses

Assume or Reject. At all events any receiver or trustee in bankruptcy or Tenant as debtor in possession (“debtor”) shall either expressly assume or reject this Lease within the earlier of one hundred twenty (120) days following the filing of a petition in bankruptcy or entry of an “Order for Relief” or such earlier period of time provided by law.
