Association Information. The Association agrees to provide to the District, and to keep current any such submission, the following information: a. The name and legal address of its organization; b. A list of the officers of the Association; c. A list of any organizations with which the Association is affiliated; d. A copy of its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
