Associated Information. Subject to Section 3.1 (d), upon expiration or termination of the Research Program under Section 2.9, the licenses granted in this Section 3.1(b)(ii) under the deCODE Collaboration Patents, Joint Collaboration Patents, and deCODE Know-How, shall become non-exclusive.
