ASSOCIATE SIGNATURE CONFIRMING THE ABOVE. Associate understands and agrees that Associate shall be a self-employed independent contractor and CardEvo shall not control the Associate's work hours, number of hours worked or place of work. Associates shall source, own and use their own business tools including personal computer, tablet, mobile phone or any other office equipment. At no time shall anything in this agreement be construed to create an employee-employer relationship between CardEvo and the Associate.
