Common use of Assistant Engineer Clause in Contracts

Assistant Engineer. Effective December 1, 2021, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by eighty ($0.80) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2021. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $26.38. Effective December 1, 2022, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by seventy-five ($0.75) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2022. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $27.13. Effective December 1, 2023, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by seventy ($0.70) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2023. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $27.83.

Assistant Engineer. Effective December 1, 20212024, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by eighty $1.10 ($0.80one dollar and ten cents) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 20212024. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $26.3828.93. Effective December 1, 20222025, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by seventy-five $1.00 ($0.75one dollar) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 20222025. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $27.1329.93. Effective December 1, 20232026, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineer shall be increased by seventy $1.00 ($0.70one dollar) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2023202. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $27.8330.93.
