Common use of Assistant Controllers Clause in Contracts

Assistant Controllers. In the absence or disability of the Controller, the Assistant Controller, or, if there be more than one, any Assistant Controller designated by the Board of Trustees, shall perform all of the duties, and may exercise all of the powers, of the Controller. The Assistant Controllers, if any, shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Controller or the Board of Trustees.
