Assistance of Accounting Firm in Making Computations. The Company may retain a firm of independent public accountants of recognized standing, which may be the accountants regularly retained by the Company, selected by the Board of Directors of the Company or the Executive Committee of said Board, and not disapproved by the Warrant Agent, to make any computation required under this Section 8, and a certificate signed by such firm shall, in the absence of fraud or gross negligence, be conclusive evidence of the correctness of any computation made under this Section.
