Assistance and Communication. Licensor shall have exclusive control over the prosecution of the Licensed Patents before all national and international patent offices. Licensee shall cooperate with Licensor and shall render all reasonable assistance to Licensor in preparing, filing and prosecuting Licensed Patents relating to the Field of Use. Licensor agrees to provide Licensee with copies of all correspondence to and from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other national and international patent offices regarding the prosecution of the Licensed Patents.
