Assignments with Additional Program Responsibilities. Faculty with annual program responsibilities that warrant relief may request from their ▇▇▇▇ the additional support described in paragraph (i) above. Where there is a dispute between a faculty member and his/her unit administrator about the type and/or degree of support, that dispute will be submitted to a group consisting of two management representatives selected by the College and two faculty members selected by the Association. In the event the group is unable to resolve the dispute, then the final determination of the type and/or degree of support will be made by the College President.
