Assignments of Interests. (a) The Shares shall be freely transferable. (b) The Board of Directors shall amend Schedule I from time to time to reflect transfers made in accordance with, and as permitted under, this Section 9. Any purported transfer of Shares in violation of this Section 9 shall be null and void and shall not be recognized by the Company.
