Common use of Assignments; Insurer Clause in Contracts

Assignments; Insurer. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. This Agreement shall also inure to the benefit of the Insurer for so long as an Insurer Default shall not have occurred and be continuing.
