Common use of Assignments and transfers by the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Assignments and transfers by the Lenders. (a) Subject to this Clause 24, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligations, to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

Assignments and transfers by the Lenders. (a) Subject to this Clause 24clause 32, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligations, to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

Assignments and transfers by the Lenders. (a) 26.1.1 Subject to this Clause 24clause 26, a Lender (the “"Existing Lender”") may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligations, and obligations by way of assignment and assumption (Vertragsübernahme) under any Finance Document to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “"New Lender”").

(a) Subject to this Clause 2422, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign or transfer all or any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligationsrights, benefits and obligations under the Finance Documents and in relation to the Transaction Security to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

Assignments and transfers by the Lenders. (a) Subject to this Clause 2428, a Lender (the “"Existing Lender”") may may: (a) assign any of its rights rights; or (b) transfer by novation any of its rights and/or and obligations, under any Finance Document to another bank or financial institution or to institution, a trust, fund or other entity which that is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “"New Lender”").

(a) Subject to this Clause 24clause 30, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligations, to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).

(a) Subject to this Clause 2425, a Lender (the “Existing Lender”) may assign any of its rights or transfer any of its rights and/or obligations, and obligations under this Agreement to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (the “New Lender”).
