Assignment to Subtenant Assignee. As of the date of this Assignment, Assignor hereby assigns and transfers unto Subtenant Assignee all of Assignor’s rights, title and interest under the Agreement with respect to the Operating Assets, including the right to exercise and enforce all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Agreement, with respect thereto.
