Assignment to Subsidiary. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of subparagraph (a) hereof, Tenant may assign this Lease to a subsidiary of Tenant without Landlord's prior written consent or approval, if the Tenant provides Landlord with at least ten (10) days written notice of said assignment. In any event, Tenant shall remain liable for the full performance of each and every covenant and condition hereunder.
