ASSIGNMENT TO LESSOR. Lessee assigns to Lessor, effective upon Lessor signing the Supplement, its right to purchase from and its obligation to pay its Supplier. All other rights and obligations as defined in the agreement between Lessee and Lessee's Supplier governing the purchase of the Equipment ("Purchase Agreement") shall remain with Lessee. Lessee represents that it has reviewed and approved the Purchase Agreement. Lessor will not modify or rescind the Purchase Agreement.
