Assignment to Escrow. The Founding Shares shall be held by the Secretary of the Company or his designee as escrow holder ("Escrow Holder"), along with a stock assignment executed by the Major Shareholder in blank, until the expiration of the Company's option to repurchase such Founding Shares as set forth above.
