Common use of Assignment, sublet Clause in Contracts

Assignment, sublet. Tenant shall not assign this Lease or sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, or transfer possession or occupancy thereof to any other person or persons, or transfer any interest in the Lease or the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and provided that the use of the assignee or sublessee is permitted pursuant to Paragraph 15 hereof. Landlord agrees to respond to any request as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, to use good faith efforts to respond within thirty (30) days of receipt of a request.
