Common use of ASSIGNMENT PROVISION Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT PROVISION. The CONSULTANT will not assign any portion of the work to be performed under this Agreement, or execute any contract, amendment, or change order, or obligate the CONSULTANT in any manner with any third party with respect to the CONSULTANT’S rights and responsibilities under this Agreement without the OWNERS’S prior written consent.
