Common use of Assignment Program Clause in Contracts

Assignment Program. No State Bar decision relating to the T&D Assignment Program, including but not limited to determining Employee eligibility, determining those vacancies and other assignments available for the program, selection of program participants, and determining the duration of the assignment, shall be subject to the grievance process. To ▇▇▇▇▇▇ continued growth and development opportunities for State Bar Employees, the State Bar has created a Training and Development (T&D) Assignment Program. T&D Assignments allow the temporary loan or assignment of Employees within or between State Bar Offices and Departments for periods not to exceed six months, for the purposes of training and professional development. T&D Assignments are used to broaden the work experience of participating Employees with the intent of increasing their skills and abilities and/or work experience.
